The Exhibeetion

The Exhibeetion offers a unique immersive experience narrated by a bee. Voiced by Chiara Leoncini, the tiny guide takes visitors through flowering fields, revealing the beauty of biodiversity. Developed by KARMACHINA in collaboration with Viceversa Studio and Basement HQ, the exhibition merges photography, artistic interpretations, and a bee’s unique perspective.

The immersive environment combines projections, images, and soundscapes to let visitors see the world through a bee’s eyes. Photos from participating farmers, works by Simone Bramante (Brahmino), and digitally animated bee perspectives transform the space into a vivid, multisensory journey, highlighting nature, flowers, and pollinators in an engaging and accessible experience.

The exhibition emphasises the bee’s unique vision, with its five eyes and ability to perceive four colour spectra including ultraviolet. The narrative blends real-life and artistic imagery, while original music by Emiliano Bagnato enriches the atmosphere. Accessibility features ensure that the wonder of biodiversity is shared with all visitors, including the deaf community.
